Every shirt is made specifically for you after your order is placed.
Production Time: 7–12 Business Days
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Delivery Delays
Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Carrier delays
• Customs processing
• Incorrect addresses provided by customers
Lost Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier regarding delayed or missing shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges for replacement.
